The Role of Culinary Administrative Assistant
As a Culinary Administrative Assistant, you will join the Culinary team in Saudi Arabia, providing essential administrative and organizational support. This full-time role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the department. You will report to the Executive Chef and collaborate closely with chefs, stewarding, purchasing, finance, and other hotel departments, playing a key role in daily culinary administration and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the Culinary team.
- Maintain accurate departmental records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and departmental meetings as required.
- Support inventory, purchasing, and invoice-tracking administration.
- Ensure effective communication between the Culinary department and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Possesses a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional support services.
Role Contribution
This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Culinary leadership team. The successful candidate will help maintain organized records, coordinate departmental activities, and facilitate effective communication across teams. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive approach will contribute to the overall success of the culinary operation.
