Job description
A significant opportunity exists for an experienced Legal Consultant in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts in both Arabic and English.
- Preparing legal documents and defense memoranda, as well as appeals and complaints.
- Expertise in foreign investment regulations for companies and the Capital Market Authority.
- Experience in labor and commercial litigation.
- Familiarity with the bankruptcy system.
- Experience in establishing and liquidating companies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in the fields of law, litigation, and legal consultancy, including commercial, civil, and labor law.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi law and relevant international regulations.
