Job Summary

Are you passionate about international trade compliance and providing exceptional customer service Join Expeditors as a Customs Brokerage Agent and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and timely customs operations while supporting our clients and collaborating with a global logistics leader.

What Youll Do:

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Enter accurate data into operational systems and maintain compliance records.
• Track and trace customs files providing timely reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage accurate and timely client billing.
• Interpret and apply import/export desk-level operating procedures.
• Transfer customs declaration information into the entry system to build valid declarations.
• Verify customs documentation and submit to authorities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations at all times.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• Knowledge of logistics and the global supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of customs brokerage processes and legislation.
• Familiarity with ocean road and air documentation.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive approach with strong organizational and computer skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English.
