Define and implement the company's logistics and supply strategy. Oversee inventory, purchasing, and transportation management to ensure product availability. Optimize costs and lead times related to logistics operations. Coordinate logistics and purchasing teams to ensure efficient organization. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Analyze performance indicators and propose continuous improvement plans. Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners. Participate in contract negotiations and purchasing terms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (or equivalent) in logistics, management, or a related field. More than 10 years of proven experience in logistics, purchasing, inventory management, and transportation. Excellent team management and project management skills. Proficiency in IT tools and logistics management software. Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions. Good communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
