Operational Management & Store Maintenance: Ensure the impeccable maintenance of points of sale (cleanliness, merchandising, restocking, and organization of stockrooms). Conduct regular on-site visits (operational audits) to verify compliance with brand standards. Safety, Hygiene & Discipline: Guarantee the strict application of hygiene and safety rules for property and people within the stores. Ensure compliance with internal regulations, discipline, punctuality, and work procedures by all store staff. Alert management or HR in case of shortcomings or incidents and propose the necessary corrective measures. Liaison & Coordination: Administration / Stores: Act as the primary intermediary between store staff and administrative departments. Facilitate the flow of information both upwards (feedback from the field) and downwards (directives from management). Centralize and process administrative requests from stores (schedule management, leave tracking, supply needs, premises/equipment maintenance). Collaborate closely with the Marketing team. Ensure the field deployment of sales operations, promotions, and marketing events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in operational management, ideally in distribution or retail management. Experience in team management and multi-site coordination is desirable. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership qualities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness and availability for field travel.
