Reporting to the Operations Management, your main responsibility will be to guarantee the performance, fluidity and reliability of warehouse operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Manage all operations related to receiving, storing, preparing and shipping.
Organize and optimize physical flows within the warehouse.
Supervise, mentor and develop operational teams.
Establish and monitor operational KPIs to improve performance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the optimization of operating costs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Higher education in logistics, supply chain, operations management or a similar field.
10 years of proven experience in managing a warehouse or logistics activity.
Significant experience in managing operational teams.
Strong analytical and management skills using performance indicators.
Leadership, rigor, organization and the ability to make quick decisions
