Ensure the implementation of site-specific operational deployment plans and realistic project plans for civil engineering works to guarantee the achievement of the required RFS date. Contribute to the preparation of the annual overall project plan with the PM and VP. Consolidate project plans for individual sites within their area of responsibility, including all key milestones. Report progress on a regular basis to the PM and VP. Participate in interdisciplinary project progress meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a telecom operator or subcontractor. Basic knowledge of GSM. Teamwork. Rigor and organization. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure.
