Supply Management : Define and oversee the needs for raw materials, components, and packaging materials. Monitor orders from local and international suppliers. Anticipate stockouts and optimize inventory levels. Coordinate import and customs clearance operations with the relevant departments. Production Planning and Coordination: Develop and monitor supply plans based on sales forecasts and production schedules. Coordinate activities with the Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Quality Control departments. Ensure the availability of components and materials necessary for manufacturing. Identify operational constraints and propose corrective actions. Inventory and Logistics Management: Supervise the management of raw material, semi-finished, and finished product inventories. Optimize physical and IT flows. Ensure inventory accuracy and traceability of movements. Ensure compliance with storage, preservation, and distribution requirements for medical devices. Organize and optimize logistics operations and deliveries. Performance management : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): service level, stockout rate, inventory turnover, inventory coverage, on-time delivery, and logistics costs. Analyze discrepancies and implement improvement plans. Optimize procurement, storage, and transportation costs. Participate in the continuous improvement of supply chain processes. Management and compliance: Supervise and develop the skills of the teams under your responsibility. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and the requirements of the quality management system. Contribute to the application of regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices, particularly ISO 13485 and applicable best practices. Participate in internal and external audits within your scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

Formation

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent training.

Professional experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, including significant experience in a coordination or management role. Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a significant asset.

Comp tences techniques

• Good command of industrial planning, inventory management and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of import procedures and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in ERP tools and advanced Excel.
• Good knowledge of inventory management methods and performance indicators.
• Fluency in French is required; professional English is desirable.
