Quality Management & Continuous Improvement.

• Managing management systems: Maintaining and developing the company's certifications (ISO 9001, etc.).
• Audits and controls: Plan, carry out and follow up on internal quality audits as well as supplier audits.
• Non-conformity management: Analyze malfunctions, supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and measure their effectiveness.

Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)

• Risk assessment: Drafting, updating and maintaining the Single Document for the Assessment of Occupational Risks (DUERP).
• Safety Culture: Develop a 'Zero Accident' culture through safety talks, safety quarter-hours and behavioral field visits.
• Incident analysis: Conduct investigations after an incident or workplace accident (fault tree analysis) and define precautionary measures.
• Equipment: Ensure the availability and effective wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE).

Environmental Management & Regulatory Monitoring

• Regulatory compliance: Ensure active monitoring of local and international QHSE regulations (ICPE, Labor Code, Environmental Code).
• Environmental management: Monitor and optimize the ISO 14001 system, reduce the carbon footprint and manage waste (sorting, recovery, traceability of hazardous waste).
• Institutional relations: being the preferred interlocutor for control and inspection bodies (Labor Inspectorate, CARSAT, DREAL/Environmental Directorates, etc.).

Expertise (Technical Skills)

• International standards: In-depth mastery of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environment) standards.
• Analysis methods: Knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D).
• Regulations: Solid knowledge of labor law (health/safety aspect) and environmental law.
• Indicators: Ability to design, analyze and manage QHSE dashboards and performance indicators (frequency rate, severity rate).

Interpersonal skills (Behavioral Competencies)

• Leadership and communication: Ability to convince, unite teams around security and convey messages with diplomacy but firmness.
• Field sense: Strong presence on site or in workshop to observe, audit and dialogue with operational teams.
• Rigour and integrity: Absolute requirement for compliance with safety instructions and legal procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: Bac+5 (Specialized Master's in QHSE, HSE/Environmental Engineering or equivalent). A Bac+3 with significant field experience may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE functions, ideally acquired in a demanding environment (Industry, Construction, Logistics or Seveso).
