• To receive, check and record goods upon arrival.
• Ensure the proper storage and organization of products in the store.
• Track stock inflows and outflows and ensure data reliability.
• Regularly conduct physical inventories and ensure reconciliation with the computerized inventory.
• Prepare orders and ensure their availability for shipment.
• Identify and track any discrepancies, losses, missing or damaged products.
• Ensure the proper organization and cleanliness of the storage area.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
• Collaborating with the purchasing, sales, accounting and logistics departments.
• Prepare the documents and reports necessary for stock monitoring.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Training in management, logistics, commerce or a similar field.
• Prior experience in inventory management or logistics is preferred.
• Good mastery of computer tools, and especially of Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory management/ERP software is an asset.
• Sense of organization, rigor and method.
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with precision and respect procedures.
• Serious, punctual and responsible.
