• Welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and offering them suitable deals.
• Selling the agency's products and services: ticketing, stays, tours, Umrah, hotel reservations, tel.
• To prospect for new clients, both individuals and businesses, and to develop the portfolio.
• Prepare quotes, reservations and client files, including visa formalities.
• To provide after-sales support and build customer loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Training in commerce, tourism, management or equivalent (Bac+2 Bac+3).
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or travel agency.
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and customer listening skills.
