• Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales objectives per customer on a daily basis.
• Manage and handle the client portfolio (orders, collections, payments, etc.)
• to be in constant contact with clients in order to maintain and build loyalty with the clientele.
• Keep customers informed daily of all special offers and product availability as well as sales activities.
• Ensure that customer disputes are handled by the relevant department and escalate the most complex cases to the supervisor.
• Report and transmit relevant information to your hierarchy (late customer, block the customer, unblock the customer,).
• Aim for continuous improvement of performance by constantly monitoring the dashboards available to it.

Desired Candidate Profile

• University degree (BAC+3) in Business, Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Experience of at least one (01) year.
• Ma trise du pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
