• To design, develop and maintain IT applications and solutions that meet the needs of ESAA.
• Analyze the functional needs expressed by the different departments and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Participate in the digitalization of internal processes and the automation of tasks.
• Provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance for existing applications.
• Perform the necessary tests to guarantee the reliability and proper functioning of the developments.
• Document the developments carried out and ensure follow-up of technical interventions.
• Ensure application security and data protection.
• Collaborating with members of the Digitalisation and Information Systems Department in the implementation of IT projects.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• University degree in computer science, software development, information systems or equivalent field.
• Mastery of at least one programming language adapted to the needs of the institution.
  
• Knowledge of databases and SQL language.
• Mastery of application development, testing and maintenance methods.
• Knowledge of web development and systems integration is appreciated.
• Knowledge of computer security and version control is appreciated.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Rigour, autonomy and a sense of organisation.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Sense of listening and ability to understand user needs.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn continuously.
• Experience in software development is an asset. The level of experience required will be assessed based on the needs of the position and the candidate's skills.
