Assessment and management of occupational risks:

• Hazard identification and occupational risk assessment (EVRP)
• Development of prevention plans

HSE inspections and controls:

• Conducting site inspections, verifying installations, work equipment, collective and individual protective equipment and safety devices.

Analysis of accidents and incidents:

• Investigation of events, identification of immediate and underlying causes
• Proposal of corrective and preventive measures and monitoring of their implementation

Emergency management:

• Contribution to the development of emergency management plans ;
• Organization of simulation exercises and verification of rescue and firefighting resources ;

Conformit r glementaire :

• Knowledge of Algerian legislation and regulations applicable to occupational health and safety and environmental protection.

Environmental management:

• Identification and evaluation of environmental aspects, waste management ;
• Prevention of pollution and control of nuisances generated by construction site activities ;

Management systems:

• Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management standards .

Raising awareness and promoting prevention:

• Conducting HSE inductions , safety talks, awareness campaigns and supporting operational teams and subcontractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional Training: State Engineer / Master in Hygiene, Safety and Environment (HSE).
• Professional experience: 02 years as an HSE Engineer in the Building, Public Works and Hydraulics (BTPH) sector.
• Operational experience: having carried out HSE missions on construction and public works sites.
