تفاصيل الوظيفة
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the overall investment strategy, in line with the guidelines of the company's governing bodies.
- Develop and propose the strategy for the development of the company's infrastructure and investments.
- Supervise the execution of technical, economic and financial studies for investment projects.
- Validate the feasibility, preliminary design and project studies, in compliance with current Algerian regulations.
- Manage construction, rehabilitation and infrastructure modernization projects (PLF, CFSD and CFC).
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, technical, environmental and safety standards.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (design offices, construction companies and testing laboratories)
- Monitor the physical and financial progress of projects and report regularly to the General Management.
- To oversee the management, enhancement and protection of the Company's real estate and industrial assets.
- Establish a plan for the maintenance, renovation and upgrading of the Company's infrastructure.
- Ensure that projects comply with Algerian laws and regulations.
- Ensuring traceability and transparency in the management of investment projects.
- Participate in the preparation of files relating to investments, submitted to the Board of Directors of the Company.
- Participate in the negotiation of agreements, contracts and partnerships related to the Company's development projects.
- Representing the Company to government agencies and public bodies.

- Strong sense of organization, rigor, and confidentiality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Age minimum: 35 ans.
- Qualifications: Must hold a state engineering degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Professional experience: minimum 10 years in the technical field, including a minimum of 5 years in project management, monitoring and coordination.
