• Hazard identification, risk assessment and prioritization of occupational and environmental risks
• Defining prevention measures and monitoring their implementation and effectiveness

HSE Plan Management:

• Development, implementation and updating of the project's HSE Plan , occupational risk assessments and prevention plans

HSE inspections and controls:

• Supervision of site inspections and regulatory controls
• Identification of non-conformities and monitoring of their resolution

Analysis of accidents and incidents:

• Conduct of the investigations
• Identification of root causes and definition of corrective and preventive actions

Conformit r glementaire :

• Monitoring compliance with applicable health and safety legislation and regulations concerning environmental protection

Environmental management:

• Mastery of environmental aspects and impacts, including waste management, discharges, accidental pollution and nuisances related to construction site activities

HSE indicators and reporting:

• Mastery of performance indicators, dashboards, statistical analysis of accidents, and monitoring of action plans

HSE management of subcontractors:

• Monitoring the compliance of their HSE systems with contractual and regulatory requirements, and tracking their performance in terms of prevention

Emergency preparedness:

• Organization and supervision of intervention plans, simulation exercises, and the availability of emergency resources

Work planning and organization:

• Development of HSE activity programs
• Defining operational priorities and monitoring adherence to deadlines

Managerial skills:

• Ability to supervise an HSE team, raise worker awareness of prevention measures and work-related risks, safety instructions, and ensure good coordination between the various stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional training: State Engineer / Master's degree in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
• Professional experience: three (03) years as an HSE Manager in the Building, Public Works and Hydraulics (BTPH) sector
• Operational experience: having carried out HSE missions on construction and public works sites
