  • Participer la définition des stratégies RH. Chef de Projet RH
  • Piloter des projets RH transverses (recrutement, formation, GPEC).
  • Assurer le suivi et l' valuation des projets.
  • Contribuer l'amélioration continue des processus RH.
  • Gérer la communication autour des projets RH.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes internes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diplôme de niveau Bac +4.
  • Première expérience dans la gestion de projet RH.
  • Bonne connaissance des domaines RH.
  • Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
