• Define the HR policy and workforce planning (GPEC) and report to the general management.
• Manage the recruitment, integration and mobility of staff (production, maintenance, sales, administration).
• Supervise personnel administration: contracts, files, absences, leave, social declarations (CNAS, CASNOS) and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and social regulations; manage disputes and disciplinary procedures.
• develop and monitor the training plan and skills development.
• Managing employee relations: dialogue with staff representatives, conflict prevention and resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+4/5 degree in human resources management, social law, management or equivalent.
• Significant experience in HR functions, with management responsibilities, ideally in industry or agri-food.
• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and social protection in Algeria.
