• Manage the end-to-end logistics of international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery from origin to destination.

• Prepare and meticulously review all necessary import/export documentation, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and commercial invoices.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and overseas agents to coordinate shipment schedules and resolve any transit issues.

• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant international trade regulations, customs laws, and import/export controls for various countries.

• Strong skills across the entire logistics chain: purchasing and procurement, import/export and transit, planning, inventory and warehouse flow management, transport and distribution. I am proficient in planning (S&OP, MPS, MRP calculation, MRP I / MRP II), flow and cost optimization, dispute management, KPI monitoring and data analysis (advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL), as well as flow simulation (ARENA) and operations research. Comfortable with ERP systems and TMS

Desired Candidate Profile

• State Engineer in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in import/export operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of global trade practices.

• Certification in International Trade Logistics (CITL) or similar professional qualification is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with specific industries such as automotive, electronics, or pharmaceuticals, with their unique trade requirements.
