We’re Hiring | Property Manager – Operations Agent We are looking for a responsible, hands-on, and detail-oriented Property Manager – Operations Agent to take full ownership of assigned units and ensure they are always clean, ready, well-maintained, and prepared for our guests.
About the Role As a Property Manager – Operations Agent , you will be the on-ground owner of assigned units, overseeing cleaning, turnovers, inventory, laundry, access, and operational issues while working closely with Property Management, Guest Relations, Maintenance, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of assigned units, ensuring their condition, cleanliness, inventory, and readiness are always up to standard.
Coordinate and supervise cleaning activities , ensuring quality standards and timely turnovers are met.
Coordinate unit readiness based on check-outs, arrivals, and Guest Relations updates .
Inspect units after cleaning and ensure they are fully guest-ready before confirming readiness .
Monitor and maintain accurate unit inventory , including furniture, appliances, kitchenware, linen, and consumables.
Supervise and document unit access for cleaners, maintenance teams, deliveries, and external vendors.
Manage laundry operations , ensuring clean linen is available in the right quantity and on time.
Identify operational and maintenance issues, handle simple issues when possible, and escalate major issues to Maintenance.
Maintain accurate documentation and daily operational updates .
Identify risks early and escalate any issues that may affect guest readiness or operations .

Previous experience in Property Management, Hospitality, Operations, or a similar role .
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills .
