This Position reports to:
Talent Acquisition Team Lead (MEA)Your Role:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner: Serves as a strategic advisor to hiring managers understanding business needs and delivering targeted sourcing and attraction strategies while representing ABB to candidates.
- Expertise in Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Proactively sources and builds relationships with critical talent manages candidate pipelines and leverages innovative sourcing and attraction methods.
- Process Excellence & System Optimization: Ensures transparent evidence-based recruitment processes recommends improvements and utilizes talent acquisition systems for data-driven decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement & Alignment: Supports implementation of global and local talent acquisition strategies maintains data quality and contributes to special programs in recruitment sourcing and employer branding.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in any field with 68 years of full-cycle recruitment experience and a solid understanding of the MEA region including localization initiatives like Emiratization and Saudization.
- Skilled in using CRM platforms such as Phenom and HR systems like Workday with the ability to navigate and optimize talent acquisition tools and systems.
- Experienced in developing sourcing strategies managing candidate outreach and closing offers while also contributing to system improvements and data-driven decision-making.
- Self-driven resilient inclusive and enthusiastic with fluency in English and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
