Manage large volumes of incoming conversations in a timely manner.

Follow text scripts and customized call instructions.

Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or available alternatives.

Present marketing offers for the institution's products and services when appropriate.

Build sustainable customer relationships by collecting additional data such as (email, another phone number).

Maintain records of all conversations in our contact center database in an understandable manner.

Attend ongoing training sessions to improve service and performance levels.

Follow up on procedures to achieve customer service department goals.
