تفاصيل الوظيفة
Lead and coordinate the Mechanical, Electrical and Utilities departments.
Set maintenance priorities and ensure effective coordination with production departments.
Manage preventive maintenance plans, breakdown follow-up and machinery availability.
Monitor maintenance KPIs, downtime, recurring failures, spare parts and maintenance costs.
Manage factory utilities and support improvement, installation and expansion projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Electromechanical Engineering.
10+ years of industrial experience, including at least 3–5 years in a maintenance management position.
Proven experience managing mechanical and electrical maintenance teams.
Strong knowledge of industrial utilities: boilers, steam, compressors, chillers, pumps and water systems.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, maintenance planning, KPIs, ERP/CMMS systems and technical reporting.
Textile Background is preferred
