• Participate in annual Ethics & Compliance risk assessments, and coordinate with operational functions to mitigates the risks to the minimal threshold.
• Monitor and communicate relevant regulatory updates for Ethics and Compliance domains to concerned stakeholders.
• Monitor the company whistleblowing channels to ensure that all allegation are properly and fairly investigated.

• Responding to employee inquiries regarding ethics and compliance policies
• Respond to the company vendors’ inquiries and fill in Third Party questionnaire (TPQ), and control self-assessment (CSA)

Ø Job Purpose:

To support Ethics and compliance activities by promoting ethical culture across different functions in the company, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing this ethics and compliance program for the company. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are interested in corporate compliance, regulatory compliance, ethics, governance, and risk management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Pharmacy or any relevant filed.
• 0–2 years of experience in Compliance, Ethics, and Riks Management.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
