Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer – F&B is a full-time, on-site role based in El Sadat City. This role is responsible for planning, designing, and executing test strategies and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions used in food and beverage operations. The Senior QA Engineer will perform manual testing, document defects, collaborate with development and product teams, and ensure that software testing activities align with business and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include reviewing requirements, creating test plans, executing test cycles, tracking issues through resolution, and contributing to continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills, including experience defining and implementing QA processes.
• Hands-on expertise in Manual Testing, with the ability to design and execute comprehensive Test Cases.
• Proficiency in structured Test Execution, defect tracking, and reporting on test results to cross-functional teams.
• Experience in F&B or related industries, with understanding of operational workflows and compliance requirements, is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with test management tools, issue tracking systems, and basic SQL or data validation techniques is beneficial.
