Outbound Team Lead, Real Estate (Remote)
Lead a pod of callers on a live Enzo Dialer session generating motivated-seller leads for US real estate investors.
You own: active hours per agent, live contacts per agent-hour.
Daily: sessions pooled before shift, whisper/barge coaching, numbers in the sheet by 2pm Cairo, abandon rate under 3%, compliance without exceptions.
Must have: hands-on Enzo Dialer session management, 2+ years leading real estate cold callers, C1 English, Arabic. Shift 6pm–3am Cairo, Mon–Fri.
