Job Description

• Responsible for following up the maintenance work of production machines and breakdowns while reducing unplanned downtime.
• Lead, direct, guide and develop supervisors and maintenance technicians.
• Participate in the preparation and updating of SOPs for machine maintenance.
• Follow-up and analysis of machine performance reports for fault ratio, OEE and Downtime, and permanent work to improve machine performance.

• Identify and request the necessary needs, materials, spare parts and equipment.
• Preparing and supervising periodic and preventive maintenance plans and implementing them accurately.
• Follow up the spare parts necessary to carry out maintenance work and inform the management in the absence of them.
• Follow up the registration of maintenance work.
• Conducting the necessary experiments for new products.
• Inspect equipment, tools, products and systems to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health specifications and standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Participate in the modification and modernization of machines to raise their efficiency.
• Compliance with safety and safety instructions

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanics or Electricity.
Years of experience: 2-5 years experience in the same field
Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office , AutoCAD, Oracle
