Job Title : SR. Tendering Engineer

Location : Cairo, Egypt

Employment Type : Full-time

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Tendering & Pricing process from receiving Tender documents till submitting the Bid proposal

Study all the tender documents including drawings, Specs and Tender conditions

Point out the Tender Inquiries and contact the Engineer to conduct them

Compose the project's BOQ, from design drawings, if not available

Perform the Quantity survey needed for the project's B0Q

Send RFQs to various vendors & Contact subcontractors to get most suitable prices

Prepare/revise comparison sheets of related subcontractors/ suppliers offers

Compose cost breakdown for all items in the BOQ, including all costs related to every item precisely, from Supply costs to finishing costs, and finalize the project's budget

Prepare the technical offer that suits the project and includes but not limited to [Company Profile, Data Sheets, Vendors & Subcontractors Lists, Method of Statements, ...etc.]

Compose Database that includes all Vendors and Subcontractors contacts info and Material Price Range; As a part of the Tendering & Pricing System

Collect needed info from the Accounting & Procurement departments for the cost control conducted on current ongoing projects

Conducts Cost Control comparison between the Actual Cost & Project's Budget

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer.

6-8 years of experience.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Ability to read engineering drawings, specs, and vendors.

Location Requirement : Must be a resident of Cairo
