Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor Development (.Net, AI) is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role is responsible for supervising the design, development, and maintenance of .Net-based applications and AI-driven solutions that support Xceed’s operational and customer-facing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a development team, assigning tasks, reviewing code, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and coordinating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable applications. The supervisor oversees application performance and reliability, collaborates with technical support teams for incident resolution, and drives continuous improvement and automation initiatives. The role also involves mentoring team members, contributing to documentation and best practices, and aligning development projects with security, compliance, and quality frameworks.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business needs, analyze system performance, and support data-driven decision making.
• Candidates should possess Training and people development skills to mentor team members, deliver technical coaching, and support knowledge transfer.
• Candidates should possess Accounting and business understanding skills to align application features with financial processes, reporting, and cost control requirements.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support and Customer Service skills to collaborate with support teams, handle escalations, and ensure positive user experiences.
• Solid experience in .Net development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and related frameworks; familiarity with AI/ML concepts, APIs, and integration techniques.
• Experience supervising or leading development teams in a production environment, preferably within BPO, customer experience, or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, version control (e.g., Git), and secure coding practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
