Daily Tasks: Responsible for receiving customers and answering all their inquiries regarding prices, product features, and installment plans, while providing a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales targets and build good customer relationships. Resolving customer issues and understanding their causes, while working to provide appropriate solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the purchasing experience. Executing the entire sales process on the system, from order registration to payment completion, including collecting payments from customers whether in cash, via payment cards, or through various installment applications and systems. Replacing products with manufacturing defects according to company policies, ensuring service quality is maintained and customer satisfaction is achieved. Continuously following up with the branch supervisor regarding promotional offers and the latest product price updates to support the sales process and boost sales opportunities, in addition to notifying the branch supervisor of required stock from the warehouse to ensure product availability and successfully complete sales transactions.
