Job Description: Responsible for supervising the sales team and monitoring its performance, assigning tasks and targets to team members, tracking target achievement, as well as supporting and guiding the sales team and ensuring the implementation of company policies and procedures. Tasks and Responsibilities: Supervising the sales representative team and continuously monitoring their performance. Distributing territories, clients, and tasks to team members. Setting and tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Tracking the results of each representative and comparing performance against targets. Training and guiding team members to improve sales skills. Accompanying sales representatives on visits when necessary and providing support. Following up with key clients and resolving problems that require management intervention. Monitoring the market, competitors, and pricing, and submitting reports to management. Preparing periodic reports on team and sales performance. Analyzing sales results, identifying strengths and issues, and working on improving performance. Ensuring the team's compliance with company policies and work procedures. Coordinating with management and other departments to ensure achieving sales targets. Required Skills: Experience in sales, preferably with previous supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze sales figures and reports. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good time management and follow-up skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Proficiency in using computers and Excel software.
