Job Description — Call Center Agent

About the Role

SAVR0O is looking for motivated and ambitious Call Center Agents to join our growing telemarketing team in Egypt. You’ll be responsible for communicating with potential customers, identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Introduce and explain products/services professionally.
• Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
• Transfer qualified and interested prospects to the appropriate sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• Follow sales scripts, campaigns, and company procedures.
• Work toward individual and team targets.
• Deliver a professional customer experience on every call.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English — B2+ preferred.
• Confident and professional speaking style.
• Motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to handle objections and engage customers.
• Previous call center or telesales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good Laptop + Headphones +Good internet
