About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior D365 F&O Techno-Functional Support Specialist to join a well-established regional retail company operating across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and the ability to support business users across functional and basic technical matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level functional and technical support to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O users.
• Receive, analyze, document, and follow up on user tickets, incidents, and system issues.
• Reproduce reported issues, collect supporting evidence, and assess their business impact.
• Support business processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Retail/POS.
• Assist users in understanding system functionality and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Support UAT activities, including preparing test scenarios, recording results, and following up on identified issues.
• Translate user requirements into clear functional notes and system requirements.
• Assist with data imports, exports, validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
• Prepare user guides, process documentation, troubleshooting notes, and training materials.
• Coordinate with developers, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of reported issues, actions taken, and final resolutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O support, ERP functional support, business applications, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience supporting end users and handling tickets, incidents, and system-related inquiries.
• Good functional understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes.
• Knowledge of Retail or Point-of-Sale processes is highly preferred.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills and awareness of integrations, APIs, data entities, and system-to-system data flows.
• Previous involvement in UAT, system documentation, user training, and issue tracking.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, data analysis, or D365 development concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
