Account Executive at SVNTWLV
SVNTWLV is a Cairo based creative production studio. We're looking for an Account Manager to be the link between our clients and our team.
What you'll do
• Be the main point of contact for clients and build real relationships with their decision makers
• Manage client accounts, handle escalations, and report on performance
• Plan and align content calendars with clients, and publish posts
• Work with our production, creative, and marketing teams to make sure everything ships on time
What you'll need
• 1+ years in account management, sales, or customer service
• Experience with social media or content, LinkedIn especially
• Clear communication, and comfort negotiating and pitching
• Solid time management across multiple accounts, content, and outreach
