Job Scope:

The IT Trainer will be responsible for the design development delivery and evaluation of technical training programs with a special focus on enhancing the knowledge and skills of internal teams and clients. This role involves creating engaging learning experiences through a variety of delivery methods including classroom sessions webinars and elearning.

Requirements

A Bachelors or Masters degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field (Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Science)

34 years of Experience working in a teamoriented collaborative environment

Knowledge of trends in computer technology relating to software.

Good understanding of the organization s goals and objectives.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on motivational skills and

positive attitude good analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Ability to conduct research into course development and delivery

concepts as well as technical software issues.

Ability to present ideas in businessfriendly and userfriendly

language.

Highly selfmotivated and directed.

Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure

environment.

Very strong customer service orientation.
