Job Summary

Job Description:

Bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions including understanding the business needs define requirements and recommend datadriven solutions that improve processes drive efficiency and enhance the overall business performance to be aligned with the companys strategic goals and support decisionmaking

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements related to BSS applications including billing customer relationship management (CRM) and order management systems
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization within BSS functions.
• Recommend solutions that enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve service delivery.
• Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents.
• Participate in the design and configuration of BSS applications to ensure alignment with business needs
• Conduct data analysis to support decisionmaking processes including revenue assurance customer insights and performance metrics.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for BSS operations.
• Develop test plans and test cases to ensure that BSS solutions meet specified requirements
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions with endusers to validate system functionality
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
