Tetra Engineering Solution, a leading Engineering & Construction Company,located at Cairo, Egypt and willing to expand its operation in KSA, we are specialized design and built subcontractor in the field of of Post-tensioning systems, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, bearings and expansion joints, PT bars, ground anchorages, bridge construction equipment, specialized form-work systems, heavy lifting operations, and structural repair solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Engineer with a Civil or Mechanical background to join our new branch in Riyadh/ Dammam , and will be responsible for promoting our services and products to potential clients and expanding our business in the region.
1. The candidates preferable to have an experience in the Business Development activities and market new market penetration for the above mentioned activities
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Saudi Resident is highly preferable
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience
4. Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)and Technical Letter Writing
6. Valid driving license (KSA and Or Egypt)
7. Strong understanding of the construction and engineering industry in KSA
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, and proven track record of achieving sales targets
9. Strong network of contacts in the construction industry are recommended
7. Residence in Egypt (Sherouk City, Obur, Badr, Madinty, El Salam, Heliopolies, Sheraton, 5th settlement or Nasr City preferred, but other locations will be considered)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our services and products
3. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activity
4. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
5. Collaborate with our technical team to develop customized solutions for clients
6. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
7. Achieve sales targets and expand our business in the KSA region
8. Negotiate and conclude confidentiality agreements and supply contracts
9. Monitor and update quality performance of the company's products and services
10. Identify decision-makers at major accounts and build relationships with them
11. Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote company products
12. Participate in trade shows, customer events, and seminars

المتطلبات:
- يفضل ذوي الخبرات في نفس المجالات التخصصية للشركه
- بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية أو ميكانيكية
- خبرة من 3-5 سنوات في مجال تطوير الأعمال
- رخصة قيادة مصرية أو ٍسعودية
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابية وشفوية)
- مهارات في التواصل والتسويق
- يفضل درايه بسوق المقاولات والإنشاءات ولديه شبكة علاقات بالعملاء من (مقاولين - إستشاريين - ملاك
يفضل سكان بدر العبور مدينتي التجمع مدينة نصر مصر الجديده الرحاب حيث فرع الشركه في الشروق

- إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل اتجاهات الصناعة وأنشطة المنافسين
- إعداد وتقديم العروض الفنيه والماليه ودراسة المقترحات مع العملاء
- إدارة والحفاظ على علاقات مع العملاء الحاليين
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتوسيع نطاق عملنا في المنطقة
- التفاوض وإبرام الاتفاقيات وعقود التوريدات
