Role Description The Application Developer Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing a team of application developers and ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions. This role includes planning and assigning development tasks, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance and coaching to team members. The supervisor collaborates closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and prioritize development efforts that support Xceed’s operational and client needs. Daily responsibilities include reviewing code, enforcing development standards, coordinating with QA and infrastructure teams, managing release cycles, and troubleshooting application issues. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, documenting processes, and supporting the adoption of best practices and new technologies within the development function.
