• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support T.E.S.'s business objectives and sales strategy.

• Create and manage marketing content, including brochures, company profiles, case studies, technical presentations, newsletters, and digital assets.

• Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and up-to-date content.

• Plan and coordinate the company's participation in industrial exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

• Support the Sales team by preparing marketing materials, proposals, and promotional campaigns.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, digital agencies, and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and other relevant B2B channels.

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Manage customer databases and marketing leads through CRM systems and support lead nurturing initiatives.

• Ensure all marketing communications comply with T.E.S. corporate identity and brand guidelines.

• Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to promote T.E.S. as a preferred engineering employer.

• Coordinate internal marketing initiatives that enhance employee engagement and corporate culture.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical information into professional and customer-focused marketing content.

Contribute innovative marketing ideas that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.

• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event management is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with industrial markets and engineering services is considered an advantage.
