Role Description The Supervisor role at Drive Finance is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assigned team or unit, ensuring timely processing of financing transactions, accurate documentation, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, coordinating workloads, and supporting team members to meet service quality and productivity targets. The Supervisor will collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, improve processes, and support client satisfaction. The role also includes preparing reports, providing guidance and coaching, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in financial services, banking, or related industries, with the ability to organize workloads and monitor performance.
• Strong knowledge of financing products, credit processes, or factoring/auto finance, and familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and financial systems, with solid skills in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to support and develop team members.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to improving processes and customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in auto finance or SME financing is an advantage.
