Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications.
• Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues.
• Set up user devices and connect them to company networks and systems.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions when required.
• Perform regular system updates and basic maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain IT equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Record and follow up on technical support requests.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with basic IT security and company policies.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT Support or Technical Support.
• Strong knowledge of Hardware, Software, and Networking.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
