Role Description

The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This position is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, presenting real estate offerings, and answering inquiries to help clients understand investment options. The role includes following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Telesales Representative will handle customer concerns, provide product and event information, and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support exhibition campaigns. The role also involves staying informed about current projects and promotions to deliver clear, consistent messaging to all prospects.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal expression and active listening.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Sales skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and the ability to close deals over the phone.
• Training-related skills, such as the ability to absorb product knowledge and share information with clients effectively.
• Prior telesales or call center experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
• Confidence using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
