Role Description This is a full-time English Customer Support role based in Cairo, Egypt, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The English Customer Support team member will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services. Daily tasks include managing calls, emails, or chats, documenting customer interactions, and following established procedures and service-level agreements. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to escalate complex cases, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, and contributing to a positive customer experience during morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
• Customer service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional and empathetic approach.
• Background in English teaching or training, with the ability to explain information clearly and guide customers through processes.
• Translation skills to accurately interpret and convey information between English and local languages when needed.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Cairo, Egypt, demonstrating reliability, time management, and self-motivation.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or contact center systems are preferred.
• Previous experience in BPO, call centers, or customer support is an advantage.
• Relevant education in languages, communication, or a related field is beneficial.
