• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional customer service.

• Understand customers’ needs and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.

• Meet assigned KPIs and performance targets.
