Role Description The Real Estate Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for guiding clients through property purchases, sales, and rentals. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting property listings, and advising clients on market conditions and pricing. The role involves negotiating offers, coordinating with legal and administrative teams, and ensuring all documentation complies with local regulations. The Real Estate Agent will maintain strong client relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and represent EgyProperty’s values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
• Experience in Real Estate transactions and familiarity with the local New Cairo property market.
• Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable using digital tools and property listing platforms for marketing and client communication.
• Previous experience in real estate or related fields is preferred; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
