Role Description The English Telecommunication Billing Account Customer Service role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, the team member will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to telecommunication billing, including answering inquiries, clarifying charges, resolving disputes, and processing adjustments when needed. Responsibilities include accurately documenting customer cases, following established procedures, and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments. The role also involves explaining billing policies in clear English, guiding customers through payment options, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The team member will adhere to quality, compliance, and performance standards while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and concise written communication.
• Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and conflict resolution in a billing and telecom context.
• English Teaching or Training experience that supports explaining complex information, billing concepts, and procedures to customers or team members.
• Translation skills that help bridge communication gaps when needed and ensure accurate understanding of customer concerns.
• Attention to detail, numerical literacy, and ability to interpret billing statements and account information.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced contact center environment, meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call center systems; prior telecom or billing experience is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in communications, business, or related fields is a plus.
