تفاصيل الوظيفة
Location: TP City Walk.
Channel: Voice.
Training: 1 Week SS (Soft Skills) + 3 Weeks PK (Product Knowledge) + 1 Week Nesting.
*NET Salary: 19,925 EGP NET*
*Breakdown:*
[Basic salary: 13,600 EGP (9,100 Base + 3,000 Language allowance + 1,500 Transportation allowance)
+ € 115 KPIs (converted to EGP) ]
- Overnight Allowance: EGP 90.
- Overtime Allowance: 5$ per hour.
- Extra bonuses (in USD) for achieving the target (Internal Competitions)
Work Schedule:
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 3 PM & 4 AM for males and *a maximum of 2 AM for females.*
*Training Payment:* 100% of the basic salary during the training period.
Fixed Days Off: Saturdays & Sundays are fixed off.
Salary Increase:
+10% after 6 Months of Hiring.
+5% after 1 Year of Hiring.
+15% after 18 Months of Hiring.
+10% after 24 Months of Hiring.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Background Checks: Criminal Background Checks Must be provided on the induction day.
- Testing: Drug Test.
Job Description:
- Mortgage & Payment Support Tasks
- Escrow & Payments
- Providing Escrow Analysis Support and Scheduling Payments for pre-existing Mortgage Accounts
- Taking pre-scheduled payments for pre-existing debt accounts.
- Documentation: Filing tickets for bank statements or Mortgage Statements.
- Customer Education: Explaining Escrow Analysis to Homeowners.
- There are strict guidelines, specifically related to financial decisions, that agents must not do:
- No Upselling.
- No Decision Making.
- No Agent Benefit.
