We’re Hiring | B2B SaaS & Digital Solutions Sales Executive
Work Wise is expanding, and we’re looking for a results-driven B2B Sales professional who knows how to turn business challenges into digital solutions.
If you have solid experience in SaaS, Software, IT Solutions, or Digital Services sales and you’re confident dealing with business owners and decision-makers, we’d love to hear from you.
At Work Wise, you’ll be selling a diverse portfolio of digital solutions, including:
- SaaS & Software Products
- Web & Mobile Applications
- Digital Marketing Services
- social media & Content Solutions
- Media Production Services
- Customized Digital Solutions
What You’ll Do:
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and engage decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and business challenges.
• Present and demonstrate SaaS, software, and digital solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Work Wise services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to account growth.
Requirements:
• +5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling SaaS, Software, IT Solutions, Digital Services, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
• Proven ability to prospect and close new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Fluent English speaker
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Target-driven and commercially minded.
