Job Description

· Prepare accurate and detailed civil and structural shop drawings based on IFC (Issued for Construction) and design drawings.

· Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure full coordination and avoid clashes.

· Develop sectional views, details, and construction joints as per design intent and construction methodology.

· Convert engineering designs into constructible and coordinated shop drawings.

· Collaborate with the structural design team to resolve discrepancies between design and site conditions.

· Incorporate design revisions into shop drawings and maintain a clear record of all revisions and versions.

· Submit shop drawings for approval and respond to consultant comments.

· Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, site engineers, and other disciplines.

· Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant engineering codes, project specifications, and company standards.

· Prepare as-built drawings at the end of construction stages if required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience: 6–8 years of professional experience in structural Shpdrawing, preparation and design.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis software and BIM tools (Revit required).
• Solid understanding of international design codes and standards.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and managing project deliverables.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent command of English
