About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by implementing robust testing strategies, automated frameworks, and comprehensive quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to identify potential bottlenecks and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex web and mobile applications.
• Execute manual and automated testing processes, including regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and enhance automated testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide quality-focused feedback.
• Analyze system requirements and technical documentation to ensure full test coverage.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA lifecycle and testing best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven track record as a QA professional with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
• Expertise in both manual testing methodologies and automated testing tools.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with API testing and database validation using SQL.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Solid experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within an international team environment.
